Equip your crossbow bolts with the devastating capability of Muzzy's Trocar HBX Crossbow Broadheads. Hybrid construction provides the durability of a fixed blade with rearward deploying expandable blades for field-tip accuracy and massive entry wounds. Solid steel ferrule and chisel tip pass through bone and hide. Compact broadheads are only 3/4" x 1" in flight. Upon impact, they expand to a large 1-5/8" cutting diameter. Deployed broadheads penetrate like a fixed blade, but when bone is encountered, the expanded blades close back down and reopen after passing by the bone. Hassle-free friction washer retains the blades. Tapered ferrule matches your bolts diameter for maximum penetration and consistency.
